We were welcomed in a warm and friendly way and for an upgrade to a wonderful big room, where we slept well. We also liked the location of the hotel: in a quiet street of the Jewish quarter, close to the highlights of Prague and the railway station. Unfortunately we could stay only for one night this time, but I am sure we will come back - and then also take time to play chess in the lobby :).

The staff were impressive. Everyone had the same goal, from the person greeting us at the front door, to the check in staff along with the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff ensuring the client was satisfied and happy. They were all on the same team! The room was clean and elegant. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We felt safe walking around Prague. The local area was clean and close to several different types of restaurants and cafes. Without any hesitation we will stay at the Allure Hotel again.
