Amazing hotel, five-star amenities, five-star service! When parking and picking up luggage, there is a waiter waiting in the parking lot. When we see that we are Chinese, we will say hello in Chinese, which makes us feel very good! The manager George is a very good person, with thoughtful and enthusiastic service. My family and I feel that it is my favorite hotel in the whole itinerary. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

Museum of Glass Moser

The Moser Visitor Centre epitomises Karlovy Vary’s 150-year-old glassmaking industry. Situated within the original glassworks, which were first built in 1857, the museum tells the story of the Moser company and showcases more than 2,000 of its handcrafted creations. You can even take a tour through the factory – still in use today – to witness master glassblowers at work.
