Excellent location near the main entrance of the park, the staff are welcoming and helpful with information and assistance in purchasing tickets for the various activities in Zhangjiajie. The night market on the main street is very nice.

We had an amazing stay here with the best staff! We originally booked for June but due to the weather the National Park closed. The hotel told us this information immediately so could cancel our flights and activities without losing money. We rebooked for September and the hotel helped us book all the activities and tickets that we needed! They were very welcoming when we arrived and gave us a free upgrade. They were always contactable on WeChat and answered any questions we had. 10/10!

The rooms were spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated with local touches. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, offering great local tips and sorting out our itineraries and park tickets. As a bonus - It is a short walk of the East gate of the National Park. It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort, care, and character so seamlessly.An absolute gem we’ll never forget.

The hotel is right in the heart of the small mountain town, very close to many restaurants, shops, and the entrance to the national park. The staff are very helpful and hospitable; they helped us book park tickets and told us where to visit, making communication very smooth. The room had an amazing view of the river and mountains, and the hotel's overall facilities are very good. We will definitely come back!

Ralph and his staff are exceptional: polite, very friendly, super helpful, and spend time explaining routes to follow for Tianzhi Shan, Yuanjiajie and Yuanjiajie. Room was cleaned and very comfortable. For its price, everything is beyond my expectations.
