Efficient staff. We love the breakfast and the cute delivery robot! Room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, with convenient store just around corner and a nice brewery. Subway station is a little bit far but we could use a nice walk every day.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well located. There was a great selection of delicious food for breakfast. There was coffee, tea and water in the room, all at no extra charge. We also had the famous Hot Pot dinner in the hotel restaurant which was exceptional. The metro station was just around the corner. We were very grateful that the receptionist allowed us to have the room 5 hours before check in. The hotel was quiet, there was no outside noise. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel really welcome. Special thanks to Kevin.

The staffs were so nice and helpful. They taught me and my boyfriend how to make tea! The room was simple but good and the bathroom as well. Nothing fancy but a VERY good option for the price. The location was amazing! I definitely recommend to stay there! Is a great cost benefit :)
