I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and well equipped. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. The hotel even offered a free city tour with excellent guides, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff—always attentive, professional, and eager to help. Many thanks especially to Jane and Jonshon at the front desk who went above and beyond with recommendations and assistance. I rarely write hotel reviews, but the Radisson Collection Shanghai truly deserves one. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and were unfailingly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the bellboys, the housekeeping team, and the swimming pool and gym staff, every single person made us feel welcome. I don’t know who the General Manager is, but it’s clear they’re doing an outstanding job leading this team.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It's a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The water and beverages in the room are free. What impressed me most was the garden design on the third floor. The price is also very reasonable.
