This is a fabulous family run hotel in the central area of viña del mar. The staff are all incredibly kind and attentive. We stayed during our honeymoon travels and they left us with a special message and glass of champagne to celebrate. Incredibly sweet extra touch was appreciated. The breakfast is very good and well organised. They even did some laundry for us. Overall a very friendly and welcoming stay, would stay again!

Every single thing about our stay was perfect! The team were so so helpful and kind, 11/10. Super clean and beautiful, and they were so lovely when i wasn't feeling well :)
