The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is awesome. Comfy beds and the breakfast is made with soooo much love. We loved our stay so much we extended for a few more nights. But by far the best thing is the staff. Connie always greets you with a big smile and is super willing to help and give tips for the area. And Nieve is just the sweetest person, she has sooooo much passion for her hotel and her guest and really makes you feel like home. Monica was a lovely host, and made sure we had everything we needed. Lovely breakfast room and breakfast. Location in a residential area is perfect if a bit hilly!!

Kathy was very helpful and kind and the place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was located near to the center of Reñaca, the breakfast was delicious, beautiful room and bathroom, at the same time there was a nice warm bath and backyard.
