BelgiumThis was extraordinary. In packing out, we forgot (and left in our room) a small leather agenda book. We called the hotel from our residence in Brussels to see if the hotel had found it. Indeed they did find it and notified us with a message asking us how we would like it send from Lausanne to Brussels. It was superb service.

CanadaThe staff was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond, in assisting me to get a lift for my colleague in a wheelchair out of the car. We experienced consistently friendly and helpful service at the front desk. Amazing location and view from our room. Rooms were well maintained and housekeeping was excellent with daily check ins. Great bakery right next door!

It was close to the metro station Ours, which was good if coming by train from le gare or boat from Ouchy. It was also close to some good restaurants. It had coffee and tea making facilities in the room. It had a reasonably priced breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room facilities were modern and clean. All in all an excellent experience. I wish all hotels had this high standard.

Did not expect much because it is not that many stars but was greatly suprised. Parking the car means you do have to take a few lifts and walk round the building to get in but they validate your parking so there is nothing to pay. Staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful, even when we checked in close to reception closing hours. Room was spcious, clean. Surrounding area was quite nice and lively with students and supermarkets if we needed something. Metro on your doorstep. Good value for money too in Switzerland.

This hotel is far beyond our expectation. Although the room is not spacious, it contains various amenities you need - even little things you would not expect (e.g. adaptors). The decoration is very beautiful and stylish. The reception would give you free drink for each person upon your arrival, and there are even 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of soft drink inside the room. Of course coffee pods are there for free. We loved this hotel and we can definitely say that it is worth the money you spent.

The room was big and very light. There was a desk, TV and two chairs. There was lots of utensils and crockery for coking. The staff were very friendly, it was easy to get into the hotel after hours and there were leaflets on things to do around the area. The free transport pass was easy to access.

The room was spacious, with room to work comfortably and spread ourselves out. The bathroom had a good shower and was clean and in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. Although close to the city centre, the street the hotel itself was on was very quiet and peaceful.

Lausanne was fun, and the hotel is quite central. If you come by train you can take the metro (M2) right to the 'Ours' stop, and the hotel and its restaurant are right across the street. They don't do breakfast (although there is after all a restaurant) but there's a nice café right across the street.

Location, Location, Location.
Subway is just next door and the hotel gave a free 24-hours day pass for us to get around. So no need to drive in the city.
Has a lot of parking lots which is a bit surprise to me.
