Everything was perfect! Every member of the staff was incredibly supportive and friendly. The hotel is a bit outside the center, but we truly enjoyed the pleasant walks. Our room was beautiful and cozy, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. We didn’t want to leave! We created such wonderful honeymoon memories in Zermatt. We stayed at the Hema apartment (family of 4) and could see the Matterhorn from our living room window / balcony. Amazing! Everything was squeeky clean, very helpful and friendly staff. The location is very quiet at the end of the village and reaching the Matterhorn Glacier Express gondola was possible and easy on ski. Would go back anytime, highly recommend.

Room is very nice and good view unfortunately for me is when i stay not a good weather so I cannot get a good view. But if it clear I'm sure. Staff very nice to helpful us to go anywhere. Breakfast is very good very nice. If you choose some hotel at zermatt. This hotel is your choice. When I checkout staff tell me can leave luggage there. When I finish matterhorn and go down to station. I can call them and they will bring my luggage to station.
