Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. I love the room and the spa. When I wake up in the morning and go to the balcony, I feel so happy. Staff are very welcoming too and the food during dinner is surprisingly great too!! I will love to come back!
