Famous for their name, it's no surprise that the Ritz-Carlton is considered one of the best hotels in Montreal. Situated in downtown Montreal, it's a great place to book if you plan on visiting the area. From the staff, service, room and cleanliness, you'll have a near perfect experience and if there's any issues, don't hesitate to contact the reception. I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Arlene who emailed me before our stay to see if I needed anything extra. She made sure our stay would have a little extra touch to make it even more special - something none of the other hotels in the area do.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Latin and French quarters, Subway station, many restaurants close by including the hotel restaurant specialising in Ethiopian cuisine. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. The room was very comfortable and had en suite cooking facilities with all utensils and appliances. Would definitely stay here again.
