I had an early morning appointment at Cloudbreak so decided to stay the night at the new Alt Hotel since I've had good experiences at several of their other properties. This location is the best among all of them! Simple easy check in, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, fantastic location in University District with ample dining options, just a great experience.

From check in to check out was very smooth. The day was very enjoyable and comfortable. I Mostly like the kindness of the staff, the decoration of the rooms and the prompt response for any request. Staff was super friendly, loved the "Grab & Go" breakfast option. We had that 3 out of 4 mornings during our busy stay. The room was spacious and the location was perfect for the purpose of our visit. Had a wonderful walk through the nearby island park and lots of restaurant options close by.
