The Royal structure & decor preserving elements of History that are very interesting to know. In general hotels to this level of detail are very selective. Having this experience made me really understand how good it feels to be a tourist. The entire Team makes justice to its elegance with a fantastic welcoming smile and attitude. Jin deserves our special thanks for going out of his way to show us around and recommend the best places to go. This is the best hotel we ever stayed in. Great location with a fun little rooftop pool and a lively, social vibe. But the most remarkable is the staff! Robin at concierge was amazing—so helpful with everything we needed, always going above and beyond. Tom at reception was also fantastic, always friendly and nothing was ever too much. I work in hospitality and can say the service here is truly outstanding, not just good. The whole team is professional, kind, and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing this new brand grow!
