Great staff that were welcoming and very accommodating. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Incredible breakfast that alone would probably inspire me to stay there again. The staff is extremely kind. The space is very clean and the location is convenient. You do need to plan on eating out, the kitchen is for refreshments. But I think that’s advertised.

Everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, all members of staff were nice, always ready to help, the room was clean, check in and out were fast and smooth, they even allowed me to check out a little later. I not only recommend, but will certainly stay again next time I go to Sao Paulo.
