The Hotel is so chic and stylish, the decor and the whole vibes is so hip and cool. We went to Brussels for my birthday and the hotel had left a birthday card in our room for me and a coupon for two complimentary drinks, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. Also we encountered a minor hiccup one night due to issues with the water pipes but the hotel's prompt response was impressive. They immediately sent a technician to resolve the problem and, as a gesture of goodwill, gifted us a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The attention is great and the rooms are so spacious, yet cosy somehow. The hotel's location is excellent, with a nearby park and the train station within easy walking distance. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this hotel for future visits and will seek out The Hoxton in any other city I explore.

Brand new. Rooms are lovely and big. The beds are massive and comfy. Staff are so friendly. Fridge in room that you can use. Bathroom amazing. The water pressure in shower so good with a waterfall shower.

Historic building, very well renovated. Quite the opposite to what we saw elsewhere in Brussels.

Very nice pillows!!! We traveled to the Brussels for US visa and this hotel location is vewry close to the Brussels Central railway station and US embasy.
