Location is perfect, excellent room service, room are spacious and very clean but the best part of this hotel that made our stay memorable was definitely the staff They went far and beyond to accommodate our every need. They allowed us an early check in and even a late checkout upon request From the bell boy to the receptionist even house keeping will greet you with biggest smile and so much respect Also the staff can communicate in english which really helps

We had a night flight, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning. After a short wait the room was available and we could also have breakfast. On the second evening, there was fruit waiting for us in the room. There was a kettle for making coffee/tea in the room. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel wifi worked very well.

Everything was perfect, really, I cannot imagine a best hotel in Baku to stay. Right in the center, super clean, delicious breakfast, gorgeaous rooms and extremely friendly staff. Nothing to complain about, would stay here again for sure
