His professional and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Good breakfast with varius choices but long wait to have an omelette because only one operator to cook . The front desk manager does his job very professionally,and with constant attention to make sure everithing runs well for costumer satistaction

I usually choose Sheraton because I love ambiance of hotel. Staff very professional also. My favorite place in Baku.
