An absolutely exceptional place with friendly service, very pleasantly situated in the heart of the city, not far from cultural monuments. There is very good transport access to the hotel, the surroundings of the hotel are clean and offer several pleasant restaurants of different types of cuisine.

Booked a junior suite but it was overlooking the main road, so i asked for a quiet room since I’m a light sleeper. They immediately found us another room, overlooking the courtyard. It was perfect! It was only a bit smaller than the suite and they charged us accordingly! The staff is efficient, friendly and accommodating! A trul wonderful experience!

This is a perfect hotel, elegant, in a historic building, in the museum quartier of Vienna. The rooms are beautiful, confortable, with tall ceilings, and quiet. Breakfast is served in several small saloons connected, with 4-5 tables each, very pleasant. It is extremely varied and the quality is excellent. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can relax and have a drink.

Nicely decorated hotel. Excellent location. Rooms are not big but cozy, with a lot of pleasant little details like a Dyson hair dryer, complimentary water, a coffee machine, etc. Special thanks for the warm welcome to Eduard at the reception. Would definitely come again
