The room is lovely. Facilities were in good working order. Staff was very helpful and kind. I requested an iron and Hanna brought it all the way to my room, thank you so much! Gorgeous design, the work of arts that are on display in the room as well as the hallways, very polite and friendly staff, the bathroom decor and toiletries (fell in love w March, the Austrian brand they are using), excellent location, only superlatives for this hotel! Highly recommend it!
