The design and decoration. The cleanliness. The staff who went the extra mile to make me feel welcome, especially in reception and the breakfast room. And always with a smile. The location was perfect for getting around the city. The tram lines only minutes away. The silence, despite being in the centre. Oh, and the chef's cherry jam!

    Worth queuing for the cafe. No need to reserve. We did but it didn't seem to make a difference The cafe is under the most stunning dome. You need to pay to get into the museum but well worth it. So much to see
