Well renovated place, with elevator. Well located in the historical and restaurant area of Innsbruck…close to the underground parking. The breakfast is personalized and with a good variety. The employees are fantastic…really. The room was very nicely arranged with a living area and a private balcony.

The staff is great! From the bar to the restaurant everybody made sure to accommodate our wishes. Hotel staff and cleaning crew was super friendly. Especially the breakfast was amazing.

The staffs are so friendly and willing to offer any advice for tourists, the hotel has an app that for clients can directly contact the staffs, when we were just asking them if they can send us the menu picture for dinner, they just showed up in our door with the menu right away! All the instructions are very clear and English friendly, the hotel itself was definitely decent, the spa area was great, the breakfast was amazing. The location was also great, can easily arrive all the famous attractions. If I ever come back to Innsbruck, I’ll definitely want to book it here again!

Our 2 nights stay was great beyond words, we were so impressed by the service provided by Charlie at the front desk. He is an excellent staff, so caring, lots of initiative, so helpful, unfortunately we didnt manage to thank hiim personally before we left. We were told by Lukas that Charlie is not on duty but he will convey the message to him. The room service was great too, fast and efficient. The shower was the best. Room was really comfortable, The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all popular destination. I will be staying here whenever i visit Innsbruck.

The accommodation was excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is located in a great area—close to the city center and public transport stops. We had a beautiful view from the window, and we really appreciated the welcome drink. We will definitely return to this hotel.
