Wow, this hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff here is just incredible - so friendly and helpful. They have parking available, which is such a convenience. Plus, they offer super late check-in, so you don't have to worry about rushing to get here. It's all about making your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Everything about it . Location is 2 stops on the metro to opera vienna. Reception guy was just unreal the way he looled after us . Took the bags upstairs offer us a drink at the bar . Then the bar people where we had few drinks was really good . Nice young friendly staff all around. The room was big confy huge bed . Carpark very large . Altogether i will omly stay there on my next trips to vienna .

I can't remember the last time I've stayed in a hotel room this quiet and peaceful. This is even more surprising considering that the hotel seemed to be at full capacity judging by how many people were present at breakfast. The inner courtyard full of greenery is also a big plus for the atmosphere. Most if not all rooms seemed to have some sort of thematic (ours was decorated around musical instruments). While this approach as well as the sustainability policy might detract some people or set some false expectations, I did not see any downside to the provided services. The staff members were very polite and helpful, the breakfast was very good and varied and it's conveniently located close to a train station, metro and the Schönbrunn park.

The hotel was in a great location and staff were friendly and very helpful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and Christmas markets and even for things to do in Salzburg, our next destination! We loved our room, it was cosy and the beds comfortable. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas - very atmospheric for this time of year. We had breakfast each morning in the restaurant and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

We liked everything. The room was spacious, pristine clean and quiet. Breakfasts were delicious, and the location was great too, very close to Schonbrunn Palace.
