The staff, facilities and room were superb. All effort is made to make the stay very memorable and comfortable. The free shuttle to the Mall and the beach is a great bonus as is the close proximity of the metro. Although the road outside can be very busy there was no noise from inside the room. The pool and other amenities were great too. During this stay we had a special occasion to celebrate and the hotel went above and beyond to add to the special time, thank you for what you did!

This is one of the must-visit malls in Dubai.

This is one of the must-visit malls in Dubai. If you're in Dubai, just visit it since it's within the route of the Dubai Metro Red line. It has the world famous Ski Dubai. To me personally, I love visiting their food course as they have the most variety of selections of food outlets.

Our experience at the Mall of the Emirates was exceptional.

Our experience at the Mall of the Emirates was exceptional. With an impressive selection of shops, world-class dining options, and fantastic entertainment choices, it's a shopper's paradise. Ski Dubai, the indoor ski slope, is a unique attraction. Conveniently located and offering a great shopping experience, it's a must-visit in Dubai.

If you go early its very quiet.

If you go early its very quiet. I feel like MoE has played a key part in our lives since we moved to Dubai. From summer camp at Ski Dubai to family dinners at Din Tai Fung or the usual Friday morning grocery shop its like home. Fast to adapt to covid we always feel safe and comfortable there.

It's not my first stay at this facility, so I'm a returning client for a reason. Many times I was upgraded to a 1BR instead of studio, which is great. The rooms are big, and there's plenty of space everywhere. The location is top. Very close to the Mall of the Emirates/metro/bus. The rooms are cleaned daily, so the service and the location is great.

The staff at the location were exceptionally helpful & friendly. The manager Khalil as well as Hamada was a delight to meet. The hotel is conveniently located near the Mall of the Emirates. The rooms as well as the facilities are well kept and extraordinary.

Location is excellent right opposite the Mall of the Emirates. There are lots of eating places around the hotel and inside the mall. The hotel itself is very busy but very efficiently run. The staff at the reception are friendly, efficient and always helpful including the bell boy. The hotel is also clean right from the lobby to the lifts to the room and also the public toilets.

This is a great value for money option in Dubai. The main plus point was the friendliness of the staff, in particular the bell boy Munna who always welcomed us at the end of the day and carried our bags to our room. The location was good with easy access to everything you need in Dubai. The Mall of The Emirates is a short walk away. We had a one bedroom apartment which was HUGE which was good because our at daughter had plenty of space to explore.
