The hotel was trying to reach me before arrival. Once I got there I was informed that for the first night I would not get the room I booked due to technical issues but they would offer me an upgrade for the remained days. The following day I was surprised with such a beautiful spacious superior apartment with view to burg Khalifa. That was really nice from the hotel team and I trully enjoyed my stay.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Special thanks to Nikolos at the reception. Very beautiful, modern interior in the hotel, bed linen is changed daily and the room is cleaned, a gorgeous view from the room. Unbeatable location, 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. There is also a swimming pool with sun loungers and clean towels. Thanks to the hotel for providing a free shuttle service to attractions and beaches.
