Very beautiful, modern interior in the hotel, bed linen is changed daily and the room is cleaned, a gorgeous view from the room. Unbeatable location, 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. The most upmarket Mall, huge. Located in the downtown area which is a must see. Musical fountains are nice and the food is superb. Aquarium is a one of its kind and is free to visit. Parking is free and there is plenty of place.

Way too big and too few information points.

Way too big and too few information points. If you look for a certain location this will take you a very long time. It woud be good to have normal maps (not only a touch screen every 250 m) of the mall on every central point so you can get an overview where you are. The direction signs were often confusing as they was sometimes pointing up the stairs but when you arrived upstairs there was no further sign in which direction you have to go.

The Most Popular Mall in Dubai Lived the Free Show Dancing Fountains & 8:30 Every Evening. The Food Quarter is very Diverse. Toilet are clean. I am just Wondering if there were Enough Seats for Elderly & Disabled People. Hours of Walking is Agonising & Tiring. It's A Fabulous & The Air Conditioning Jeeps People indoors. Outdoors is Quite Very Hit & Humid During the Summer. However, I love Dubai. Just Stay indoors. Even Taxis & All model of Transport has an Air Condition. It's a Must in Dubai.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. You can walk 5 mins to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Only read your apartment card and walk through. You are staying at the heart of the downtown. If you are looking for a market or a coffee shop it's just outside the property. Everything was good. The apartment is big enough for families.

Excellent hotel, clean, high-level services, no service providers, great breakfast, excellent location with shuttles to the Dubai Mall, the room was beautiful, large and high-quality, I would like to mention Gurwinder who helped us on the last day with a taxi, but all the service people were excellent, a must-have, the area is under development and there was noise from construction work at the pool, in addition at night there was noise from a party that was held at the hotel. Beyond that, everything is excellent

I had an amazing stay in this apartment! It was beautiful, very clean, and had everything a family could possibly need. The view was absolutely stunning — overlooking the Burj Khalifa, the dancing fountain, and Dubai Mall. The price was reasonable, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai, and if I come back again, I will definitely choose the same apartment. Thank you to everyone working with this company for making our stay so enjoyable!

We loved the hotel's location as it is situated only a 15-minute walk from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The hotel offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the Downtown area. While not very large, the pool area is perfectly fine, especially since it overlooks the Burj Khalifa. Our room also had a great view of it, which was an amazing sight at night. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful.
