We enjoyed sitting in the deck. There is a small fridge and microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishes, glassware, cutlery etc. and no other cooking facilities but we did not need them. Milk, coffee, snacks provided. Very nice bedding, and bathroom was clean and modern with toiletries provided. Washer and dryer in garage.

Situated 1.5 km from Great Lake Convention Centre, 2.3 km from Taupo Events Centre and 4.7 km from Huka Prawn Park, Lake Haven apartment 1 - fabulous location near lake and town provides accommodation... Location was perfect for us. Easy walking distance into town centre, as well as the lakefront. Apartment was very clean and tidy and nicely set out. It was comfortable and a really nice place to stay.

The View was great, especially in the morning. Very homely to chill out. The beds were very comfortable for a good night rest. It was clean and tidy.

From the moment we opened the gate, we were pleasantly surprised by the simple and yet tasteful decorations both in the garden, as well as inside. Retrieving the key was easy (as instructed). All the appliances and fittings exceeded our needs and were in good working condition. We were even able to wash the car...how amazing! Shelly had compiled a booklet containing a ton of useful tips and information for us too. We wished we had booked to stay a few more days.
