The one person I dealt with was great. Forgot his name. But he knows and understands the hospitality to the MAX. The river and the location overlooking and the mountains the terrace were exceptionally beautiful. I can suggest to be better and more comfort may be, The first floor to have better beds and mattresses. Small touches and little spend on those will take it up to the moon. I will go back because of the hospitality and respect I got from the host mainly and the nature around the accommodation. I loved the stay at this beautiful modern apartment, right near the beautiful mountains. The hosts made our visit and stay extremely memorable. They even provided us milk and food for the night we reached, without charging us even an extra penny. Free parking and free Wi-Fi were available and smart tv made our life easy with kids. This place is one of the exceptional stays we had during our Euro trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Communication with the owner was excellent, she helped us when we were delayed due to traffic jams on the way to Italy. The owner gave us the keys personally and explained what and how. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for a family with children. During the stay, the owner occasionally asked if everything was okay. She willingly helped us when needed (recommended restaurants, etc.) Overall, I rate it as a very pleasant place.
