Garden Route Game Lodge is located near Albertinia, overlooking the Langeberg Mountain Range. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and various animals can often be seen. This stay was unplanned and booked last minute. And we didn´t regret it! Tasty food, great wine and a lodge with a view over the game farm. The 2 game tours (evening and morning) ,included into the room rate, are fascinating. We saw all big 5, except leopard, but therefore Cheetahs on the hunt.

It was truly amazing, especially with the lovely garden and the convenient pizza and barbecue area, complete with available wood. The location was also perfect, situated in a very nice part of town with many shops and restaurants nearby. We felt completely secure and at home there, as everything we needed was readily available.
