We had an amazing stay in the hotel. Beautiful view from the room over the lake, very quiet and hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic and centre. Easy enough to order grab taxis to the centre. Wifi was good and in all areas. Staff were very attentive and friendly. 10/10 great value for money.

More than perfect. Swimming pool, cocktail bar, shuttle bus, servicies, attention, food quality… all the stuff in the hotel has been excellent. The staff have been very kind, helpful and professionals. We can’t name specially one member because everyone has been delightful. We don’t remember his name, but the driver who came to pick us up in the airport and has been driving the shuttle, has taken care of us, and been very kind, thank you! Totally recommended Our recommendation is to stay in this hotel, as long as it is in a peaceful location with a perfect shuttle service to the old town. The old town is crawled, busy, noisy, it is crazy to stay there, so you can’t find a minute of silence. Thank you everyone!

I had an incredibly wonderful time during my stay. The team ( Ngutêt and Ťhao ) were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. They upgraded us to a nicer room for free and even decorated it with flowers. They also helped us book few excursions and we thoroughly enjoyed their spa 🧖‍♀️ . I will definitely be booking with them again!

The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with Indochina style.
