From the moment I arrived, Kathy and Lilly greeted me like an old friend, remembering my name and details from my previous stay—such a warm and personal touch that truly made me feel valued. Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit even more special. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself remains as charming as ever, with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere, but it’s the incredible staff like Kathy and Lilly that make it unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here—I’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Nghe Hotel in Hoi An and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were great - they were always polite and willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the things I loved about this hotel was the location. It's situated outside the old town in the river delta, which made for a peaceful and quiet setting. We were able to easily get around by bicycle, which the hotel staff arranged for us. They also arranged airport transfers for us, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The pool at the hotel was perfect and beautiful - it was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. Our room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was full of local food and fruits, everything was delicious. . Overall, I highly recommend Nghe Hotel in Hoi An. The staff, location, facilities, and food were all top-notch, and we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hoi An.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering plenty of support and really helpful information. They also provided free bicycle rentals, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Almanity. We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival, and the check in was smooth and very informative. The hotel staff recommended some restaurants and a tailor, all of which were excellent choices. There is on-site play room for children, the location s very good (walking distance from the city), and a number of on-site activities which we didn't have time to use (we hope to come back again!). The breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam! We also got a great takeaway breakfast on our departure day at 4:30 am.

A want welcome with fresh juice and wet towels. Very good location just 10 min taxi from Hoi An Ancient Town. Big pool area, spacious rooms, nice beach. Very good breakfast. Very friendly straff - Mr Thi (the coconut man) who came with fresh coconuts to us from the palms, and Mr Wu at the pool, and the housekeeping ladies who came every night with chocolate or biscuits and new fresh towels

POOL & GARDENS We instantly connected with the stunning gardens and pool area. We took walks in the morning and evenings to enjoy and investigate all the variety of trees, plants and flowers. In the evenings the garden lighting creates a magical setting to relax and enjoy the cooler temperatures. Restaurant We enjoyed both a variety of excellent Vietnamese and Western cuisine and exceptional service from restaurant staff. The food is beautifully presented in a well designed restaurant. Special Mention Staff- Our stay at Anmira has been exceptional thanks to the collective efforts of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and willing to share their expertise.
