The staff were excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to all our needs. The food was delicious and the cocktails on the rooftop bar had us coming back for more. If I was in Vietnam for longer, I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

The room was quite good, well-kept -- and the breakfast was just fantastic. They have every option you might imagine (both western and Asian ones), all with very good quality.

The room was large and well appointed (fridge and hair dryer!). The manager Ms. Huyen was awesome: she reached out to me before I arrived on whatsapp, let me check in early, and let me extend my stay an extra night via text with no issues. If you're looking for somewhere conveniently located, reasonably priced, and with a friendly staff to stay in central Hanoi give this place a go!

Walking distance to all locations. Staff very friendly and polite. Best service recieved in Vietnam. People are so friendly and willing to help with directions. Sky bar has amazing views with delicious food and cocktails. Hospitality was endless. Jennifer and Rose went out of their way providing great recommendations for dining and activities. Will definitely return.

I spend a third of each year in hotels either traveling for work or on holidays. In all those years have never met such thoughtful and well trained staff. They truly care and do everything they can to make your stay a good one. From recommendations on what to do, preparing a breakfast box if you need to leave early, or just giving you an umbrella before you ask, they anticipate everything you might need. Really quite amazing.
