Same for both bell captains, excellent! The front desk, the George, the location were ALL top-notch. Although that was our first time staying at the Durango, it certainly will not be our last time. In fact, we've already said we will be coming back next year for our annual Jazz Festival. We also shared our experience with several friends, and they will stay there as well. Perfect for 4 people, 6 people to share a bathroom is an issue. The kitchnette is very convenient with a sink and basic equipment. Comfy beds Hotel style lobby is high class. Breakfast was a real 5 stars quality - excellent variety of food & very delicious, good services, good seating space. A special compliment to Suzie, the kitchen lady who prepared hot crepes, she served every customer with great patience and nice manner. Excellent location, 2 blocks away from casinos and restaurants area. Secure parking next to hotel. Need to pay US$10 for parking. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend.
