It was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful when we asked them about parking. The Kickback was amazing and felt like a full meal for us even though it was described as snacks.

Great location, quiet, very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast provided by Daphne. I believe there are 5 rooms in total so it's not a hotel, more like a relaxed bed and breakfast. We had access to the jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor and that was a great bonus. If you'd like to avoid the chaos of the French Quarter but still be in walking distance this is perfect.
