Got upgraded to the 5-star Royal Azur Thalassa and loved it. The staff, room, and food at the above-mentioned hotel were fantastic.

The restaurant staff is professional, friendly, and always serves with a smile, making the dining experience truly special. But honestly, what made my stay truly remarkable was the manager, Dorsaf 💐. She is a person of exceptional character and elegance. Her warm welcome and kind words reflect the hotel’s excellence. She is truly the shining face of the hotel, and her hospitality made me feel as if I were among family and friends.
