Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

The spa and sport facilities contain a gym, a rock-climbing wall, a billiard, as well as wellness area with an indoor pool, children’s pool, various saunas, tepidarium and a hot tub. Amazing place! A truly relaxing and peaceful stay. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. We really enjoyed the food — both the breakfast and dinner options were delicious and nicely presented. We also visited the wine bar and the English bar — both had a lovely atmosphere. One of the highlights was the wellness area. We were lucky to be there when it wasn’t crowded, so we could fully enjoy the swimming pool and all the saunas in peace. Would definitely recommend for a calm and rejuvenating getaway!

The property offers also a bar, a playroom for kids and a wellness centre with a hot tub, sauna, pool and massages. Was even better, than I expected. The photos of the room do not show full picture. The room had everything we needed: cosy dining area, equiped with kitchenette, big bathroom, comfy beds. And most important for us - they allow dogs!

Hotel Patria in Strbske Pleso houses a restaurant with Slovakian cuisine, a billiards room and spa area accessible free of charge including a gym, a sauna and an indoor pool. The ski slopes are 200 metres away. Perfect location for exploring the surrounding high tatras region. Lots of restaurants and hiking activities near by. Close to train station. The wellness area is great for relaxing after a day full of activities. There were not a lot of crowds, many different sauna available, hot tubs and a pool. Breakfast had typical options with added local cheeses which were great. Great value for money.

All of the en-suite rooms are equipped with satellite TV and the bathrooms have showers and toiletries. Free WiFi is available in public areas of the hotel. Very close to the train station, excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s not as luxury as the hotels next to the lake, but for the facilities and services it offers a fair price. I definitely would recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay was the outstanding spa! 10 stars for the spa!! I will definitely visit again.
