Every aspect of hospitality and comfort was met and surpassed. Excellent breakfast and the location was in front of the lake, about 100m away, so you get nice and quiet without losing the fast access and scenic view. The decoration was in style and the personnel was friendly and professional. The swimming pool is also very nice.

The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available. Everything was well-prepared and regularly restocked. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and welcoming, making every meal enjoyable. What really stood out was the incredible service. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and their genuine hospitality made a big difference. The hotel facilities were also fantastic — from the modern wellness area to the beautiful surroundings. Parking was easy and well-organized, and we really appreciated the electric car charging points on-site. Overall, this was a perfect experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and excellent service.

The apartment is modern, very well maintained, and equipped with everything you could need. It was so comfortable that we often found ourselves wanting to just stay in and relax. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to a charming town with great restaurants. There’s also a hiking trail nearby that leads to the three borders of Slovenia, Austria, and Italy — something we wish we had discovered earlier! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Slovenia.

Perfect stay for a family or a group of friends. It was very clean and cosy, the view was spectacular! The kitchen had absolutely everything you need to prepare meals. The check in process and the communication was very easy. Triglav National Park entrance is very close, there were also a lot of hiking and walking routes nearby. There is also a supermarket that is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Parking space available in front of the house.

The key handover and communication with the owner were flawless. He responded immediately and was available even when we didn’t need anything. He also gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions. Just one thing worth knowing in advance: if you want to use the hot tub, be sure to let them know ahead of time so they can prepare it.

Location, atmosphere, cozy apartment with all you need. Upper level of accommodation in the heart of Kranjska Gora, maybe the best of all you can choose. Host was fast and kind of all of our requests, professional and on the high level. Whole house is decorated with perfect details and you have a true winter feeling walking around. We came for the 2nd time and coming sure again!
