The property is located in a quiet rural area in the beautiful region of Fruska Gora. It is 5 mins from the picturesque town of Sremski Karlovci and the buzzing Novi Sad is also a short drive away.The facilities are perfect for a family or anyone looking for a break away, to relax and de-stress for a while. The pool was perfect for hot days and we loved the garden area for relaxation & play. Inside has everything you might need and was super clean and beautifully presented. The coffee machine was a huge plus also! The mezzanine bedroom was breathtaking and both bedrooms were spotless, delightfully decorated and we all slept so well each night. The pool is regularly maintained and towels were changed regularly too. All in all, this place is 10 out of 10 and excellent value for money.

We really loved the house, it’s in a very peaceful location in the countryside providing the guests with the feeling of serenity and contact with nature. Just five minutes away by car there are shops, pharmacies and restaurants. The landlord, Ms. Jovana, was very helpful and took excellent care of us. Everything was very clean and the house was fully equipped, so our initial anxiety of thinking we didn’t bring a hair dryer, an iron etc. was met with Jovana’s thoughtfulness and care to have already provided everything. Thank you Jovana, we’ll definitely come back!

Amazing house, great facilities, absolutely great location if you want to shut down all the noises and pollution and just enjoy and relax. We even stayed few hours past our check out time and our great hosts didn't mind at all and were very very helpful all the way. I strongly recommend this house, and can't wait for next time.

Amazing place really close to promanade. We were given instructions by the host how to get to the property, after we have settled in the host gave us a little tour and explained how to use the facilities. The bath and sauna were absolutely stellar. We were also offered some simple refreshments (coffee, coke and mineral water). It was amazing stay and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of luxury near the centre of Novi Sad.

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Wellness and Spa: Very friendly staff frequently asking about our needs and experience, very clean facilities, internet working flawlessly, great value for money, excellent location (in the center of the town). Last but not least - the hotel was opened only in June 2023 so the mattresses are of excellent quality, we slept really well :)
