Every morning the Mar Hotel serves a buffet breakfast. Guests can relax in the sauna or plunge in the hot tub, or even work out in the gym. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and had a balcony with an amazing view of the pool and sea. We lay in bed at night with the door open and listened to the waves and watched the sunrise. The hotel was just outside the town but there is a lovely promenade outside which leads into the town. Pool towels are provided and there is a small gym (which we didn’t use as preferred to run along promenade). Buffet breakfast was very nice. Car parking available on site. There was a lovely restaurant next door to hotel on sea front which was lovely in the evening.

Located in a valley surrounded by trees, Terra Nostra Garden offers elegantly decorated rooms. Next to the Terra Nostra Botanical Park, it features indoor and outdoor pools. Free parking is available, upon request. Very nice Hotel, spacious room, very clean. The actual sensation is the incredible garden. Never saw something similar before! Strong recommendation!

Set just 22 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon, Mónaco Suites & Garden features accommodation in Ponta Delgada with access to a fitness centre, an open-air bath, as well as luggage storage space. The property features sea and garden views, and is 11 km from Pico do Carvao. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. We had a great stay! The location is convenient; right around the corner from the airport, which makes it perfect for a business trip, for example. It’s also ideal for travellers seeking quick and easy access. One of the best parts was the smooth check-in process. No keys or waiting around. In our case, we arrived in the evening, were in a rush to get to a friend’s event, and everything was ready for us, hassle-free. The apartment itself is new, very well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I think it’s well-suited for longer stays. Since we were both working and sleeping there, the layout was perfect—the kitchen and living area are separated by a door, which allowed for quiet and privacy. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the décor throughout was minimalistic and cosy—nothing felt dusty or cluttered. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. We didn’t do much cooking this time, but it was clear that preparing meals there would’ve been easy. A nice touch was the welcome gift of coffee, tea, and cookies, plus there were extra towels and toilet paper provided. The hairdryer was also great ;) Although we didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi, we checked it out, and it looked like a great way to unwind. Parking didn’t seem to be an issue, though it might not always be available right in front of the property. Still, it looked manageable. All in all, a great experience. We’d definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Great location, directly next to main road and 4min driving from Ponta Delgada city centre and same distance from airport, on the other hand super quiet with soundproof rooms to sleep well. Beautiful and best quality furniture in apartments. Staff and service was wonderful, nothing to add here :) Thanks to cat companion we fell at home. Location at the horse farm is great to be close to nature. Photos faithfully represent reality of Lusitano Garden Villas. From here you have everywhere close, including Sete Citades. Thank you for this stay and hospitality, we would like to come back if visit Azores again.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 2.7 km from Lagoa das Furnas. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The apartments were comfortable, clean and big. We spent a great time in the accomodation being able to use the gym, sauna and jacuzzi after a hiking day.

With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. The wellness area includes a sauna, hot tub and hammam, while a terrace is also available. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Lovely decor and furniture. Excellent location. Minor quibble: my room was a bit gloomy and the small balcony meant I didn't want to spend much time there. With two people it could even be claustrophobic.

I will be recommending this to anyone I know who travels to Terciera

A hot tub and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Absolutely astonishing place! Everything was amazing. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi are a dream and the place was immaculately clean. Rooms are also very nice and the peace you feel is a great experience. It’s definitely one of our new favorite places to visit!

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Very well located right in the centre of Ponta Delgada and with a private garage (a big bonus in the city!), the stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything I needed to enjoy a couple of days - the access to the spa was a bonus after a long day exploring the island. The outdoor pool looked great for warmer days. The bed and pillows were the most confortable I have slept in for a long time. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. I will definitely come back when in São Miguel!
