We got upgraded to the best room, that has a small terrace with a stunning view and direct access to the jacuzzi that we also enjoyed after booking in the reception. Everyone was nice, the room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Surrounded by 80 000m² of beautiful gardens, this 5-star hotel is 4 km from Évora city centre and housed in a renovated 15th-century convent. It offers a piano bar and free parking. The hotel is a perfect venue for a wedding, which we attended. Breakfast was exceptional. Other meals very nice. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served, fantastic, no buffet. Staff was very attentive. Our airconditioning failed with was notable at the reception, directly the staff knocked out our door to fix it. Quality bedding and clean. Nice rooms. All rooms have special names with dedicated sweet referred to the room type. 15 minutes walk time downtown.

So cozy, cool, comfy, lovely, it's hard to describe in words. I wanted to stay longer! The facilities were better than most houses/flats I've stayed in. Mosquito nets were very thoughtful and useful, highly appreciated. And the exotic vibe of the animals next door was a bonus. Fresh bread in the morning another bonus! Lovely people to deal with. Everything 5 stars!
