everything was amazing! in the middle of the dessert, quiet and relaxing. The tent was spacious and clean, the bathroom was half open air, so you could shower under the stars. The staff was very friendly, helpful and offered a lot of activities. Breakfast and Dinner buffet were also really good.

Loved the location right next to the dunes. Our tent was great, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was large, but no hot water in the first evening. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Free wifi in the central building.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Al Salma Desert Camp. We were in one of the tent, it was super cozy and spacious. The bathroom was half outdoor and we had a private space outside. We booked the candle dinner with campfire. We really enjoyed it and the staff were dedicated to make this experience as great as possible. The team even organised a firework! We will keep in mind the kindness of the staff. We also get stuck in the sand and the team was keen to help us. We will recommend to have a 4x4 to get to the camp.

Of course the location speaks itself, but the 1000 nights camp makes the adventure even more beautiful. Very respectful of the desert, and traditions. The rooms/tents are spacious and clean. The bathroom has no roof and taking the shower under the stars at night is a priceless experience. The restaurant has an international menu and medio oriental menu. Good quality Kids friendly because of the pool and a playground area. The staff is very very qualified and kind! Especially hershwa!

Our stay was wonderful in the sunrise chalet (you get to see the sunrise above the dunes). The outside area is very spacious and includes a swimming pool and a garden terrace. The two separate rooms with one double bed and three single beds are great for a family. Hot tub and billiard too. The activities in the desert (dunes bashing at sunset and camel riding) were very well organised. The manager invited us for a campfire to drink tea and eat corn on the cob. We had a fun time under the stars talking through the evening.

Great location with sand dune just behind the camp (incl. rope for easier climb), movie nights with free popcorn, tea, coffee (very romantic), staff super friendly, dinner with barbecue (9/10), breakfast (8/10), stone house Chalet was clean and nice with a little terrace in front, bathroom good considering it's in the middle of the desert. :). The (fun :) drive to the resort is around 15 km through sand, but it's mainly not soft. Our Kia Sportage AWD was enough. We would definitely recommend!

Location is stunning, in the desert but close to the city (about 15 mins from the muntarib castle). Staff is kind and available for pick up and to support if needed. The tents are big and clean with toiletries and private bathroom (ceiling-less though :) Dinner is excellent The place is spartan but everything is lovely

Fantastic location. comfortable and spacious accommodation which made for a wonderful night. The bathroom was basic but equipped with everything. Also dinner and breakfast were plentiful and good. Finally, the kindness and courtesy of the staff made the desert sleeping experience wonderful

The desert experience was amazing, especially dune bashing. The camp was spacious and clean, the room was comfortable and big with it's own bathroom. The presided food was very delicious and it seems like it has been improved since some earlier reviews.
