This hotel exceeded any other we have stayed in.Its difficult to describe the layers of detail,the decor,the food,their staff.Its all excellent beyond other highly rated hotels.I would recommend anyone to experience this.

One of the best resorts I ever visited, a total immersion in quality atmosphere, fantastic staff, super facilities, surrounded by beauty everywhere, practically nothing to further long for, only to enjoy and enjoy.

Honestly, this place was so magical there are no words that can describe the experience we had here. The hotel is amazing that I did not want to leave. Please stay for at least two nights, we were there for one. The lady in the hotel who guided us with the geology tour was so so helpful, she recommended us going to Oman Across Ages museum, which was one of the highlights of our tour.

A Perfect Stay We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rafils villa. The villa was impeccably clean and incredibly cozy, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and can't wait to return.

The unit is soundproofed and includes a parquet floors as well as a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. Everything about this property is amazing. The location, facilities, outside area, space, views, cutlery, rooms, bathrooms and indoor space were more than expected. The owner and manager were very friendly and easily contactable. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back again and again.

Wow, incredible Villa, extremely well put together place with some lovely touches. Very clean, great communication, incredible location. 10/10 across the board. 1st day in there felt like you were discovering a new awesome feature/view of the villa everytime you looked somewhere in a different direction. The layout, the decor, tge fixtures and fittings all top notch. There was someone able to be at the villa in under 5 mins if you needed anything as well. Highly recommend for a trip up the mountains.

Each room has a kettle, while selected rooms are equipped with a kitchenette with a microwave, a stovetop and a toaster. Guest rooms include a desk. Very good property with amazing views. Amazing drive through the mountains. If you are confident in driving, I would definitely recommend driving to the hotel. You can only take 4WD or AWD vehicles, there is a police checkpoint that doesn't allow cars with 4WD or AWD. If you have a car you can drive to some view points nearby, I think even the hotel arranges for some packages for view points and transportation. There are lot of restraunts in the nearby town, you can try some local food. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were good with a nice balcony.. Room service for food could be a little faster. Housekeeping was good..Basanta and Mushard from the Housekeeping team was available and helpful The adventure park was really good with zip lines and different circuits. Very good breakfast options, nice swimming pool. They have a small kids play area as well.
