Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and sea view. Fantastic! Everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would particularly like to mention the waiters Nahid and Rassel, as well as the lady at reception – they do a great job! The hotel manager was also very courteous and made our stay unforgettable. The most beautiful hotel on our trip through Oman – highly recommended!

Offering a spa centre and a kids club, Fanar Hotel & Residences is set in Salalah directly on the beach. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice and fresh, high quality products. I was particularly impressed by the staff: they were without exception friendly, attentive and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was ideal. I can highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break at the Crowne Plaza. Because it was Eid everything in the town was closed and we were unable to do any sightseeing in Salalah so we spent three very relaxing days around the lovely pools. There were also restrictions on the sale of alcohol due to Eid but the hotel managed this graciously and no one was offended or inconvenienced. We could still enjoy sundowners on our balcony looking over the lawns and listening to the sea. This was almost as close to enjoying the sea that we could get to as the beach is closed for swimming by law from May to October which we did not know and this was a disappointment but not the fault of the Crowne Plaza. However, I do think that this should be mentioned at some point in the booking process.The staff were universally very friendly and a particular thank you to the man who cleaned our room (305) which he did to a very high standard. As we were leaving the hotel he came running into the lobby with a pair of my husband's shoes which he had left at the back of the wardrobe. We'd recommend the Corwn Plaza to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a very well appointed hotel.

An excellent price-quality ratio. The equipment of the apartment is basic, but you don't need more because you can order good food very cheap from the Talabat application. I needed a hair dryer and I called the reception, and they bought a new one and sent it to the room in 20 minutes. The apartment is very big and was very clean. For cleaning, you only had to tell the reception and they sent 3 people who did exemplary cleaning very quickly. At the reception, the staff is professional and will help you with anything you need. There is a very large parking lot in front of the hotel and you can park almost anywhere. The location of the Hotel is in a semi-industrial area, about 20 minutes drive from the airport. It is necessary to rent a car to be able to visit the city and its surroundings. Recommendations: 1) for food: install the Talabat application. The food is quite varied and not expensive at all. 2) for the rented car we used Cruise Rental Car Salalah and we were extremely satisfied with their professionalism and the total transparency of the prices. 3) for shopping other than cooked food (fruit, shampoo, etc.) we went to the Nesto supermarket, which is a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Anyway, right next to the hotel is a smaller shop that is open until 12 at night.

Among the facilities of this property there is a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was amazing. The villa was very comfortable.

Our stay at Juweira Boutique Hotel was simply wonderful! From the very first moment, we experienced high-level service and warm hospitality. At the reception, we were greeted by Rasha, and we didn’t have to wait at all – the check-in process was quick and efficient. At the same time, Rasha gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and all the opportunities available, ensuring we wouldn't miss anything. It was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Rasha, thank you so much for your attentiveness and professionalism! The room cleaning was impeccable. Every time returning from the beach, we found our rooms perfectly tidied. A special thanks to Maruf for his excellent work! The hotel's location is excellent: it has direct access to both the ocean beach and the bay area. The hotel compound is widespread, featuring picturesque canals with charming bridges. Along the shore, there are numerous restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisines, as well as small souvenir shops. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the comfort and services provided easily match a 5-star experience. We would love to return here again!

The host was simply outstanding — he responded to my call immediately, and within minutes, we were inside the apartment. The location was extremely easy to find. Having traveled to various parts of the world for over 25 years, I can confidently say I’ve never come across such a perfectly equipped rental. Everything you could possibly need was right there. My kids were delighted to discover universal adapters, charging cables, and air conditioning in every part of the home. In the morning, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the marina. Grocery stores and other conveniences were just a one-minute walk away, with parking right in front of the apartment and an ATM close by. Above all, the owner’s thoughtful follow-up to ensure our comfort made the stay truly exceptional. It was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
