As a Malaysian local, I must say that the hotel staff treat Malaysians and foreigners the same unlike some other places where the staff only treat foreigners better and look up to them highly than locals for whatever reasons that I can't understand.

Check in and check out was very easy as the coordinator Mahfooz ur Rahman was present here all the time and he gave his personal mobile number for any inconvenience. The room was good however it was small. The sheets were clean, but getting old, so need to be changed. The washroom was clean and very nice. The Ac and the rest of the facilities were good.
