Very good location. Helped with all our excursions. Manuel was so very nice and helpful. Beach was walking distance away. Pick up for our excursions was a block and 1/2 away. 5th avenue was a block away, basically right up the street. Super market walking distance, My husband bought a piece of meat it was the best meat I’ve ever had eat. Only rented a car for one day to go to Tulum. Try to go to the beach first thing in the morning so beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Exceeded all of our expectations - after I posted some pictures of the accommodation to social media I literally had people reaching out and asking where it is and that it looks out of this world. The pool is a nice option to cool down after a long day exploring.

The whole resort is very special and built around an amazing cenote. The room was stunning and very modern. The service was outstanding and we really loved the small details like small ice creams/fruits for free when relaxing at the cenote.

What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

Having travelled extensively, I can honestly say this is (one of) the most breathtaking, serene and outright stunning accommodation and settings I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The rooms are spacious, very well designed and cleaned multiple times a day. The location and facilities generally are just incredible, no words. Food and drinks are delicious and well priced too. The staff are polite and the excursion in the cenote was truly unique (and included in the room price!) Honestly, I’d come back again and again.
