The exceptional service from the staff truly stood out; they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We came here for our honeymoon. Everything here is so relaxing and a piece of heaven. The food is incredible, as well as the stuff. Everything we needed they helped us. You can go snorkeling in front of the hotel and explore colorful fish - and even turtles! Our apartment was modern and spacious + the pool area and the rooftop also offered a lot of space to relax and enjoy the vacation. Staff members were all so lovely and open-hearted, they treated us like family. Thank you so much!

It was tucked away in the forest with beautiful treasures on the property- rivers, cenotes, walking path in the woods, bicycles, kayaks! The staff were exceptional, and the whole experience was fabulous. Despite the rains we had a beautiful time. They also had a great wellness activity lined up every day. Absolutely loved it! Point to note is that it is a good drive away from the streets of Tulum.
