From the moment we arrived we felt like we did a great choice, easy transfer by boat from the airport. Emmi, the receptionist was so amazing and kind, making the check-in process smooth and fast. All the staff in general were amazing, specially the two bartenders at the pool bar (Waves Bar) they always remember what we like, and always smiling and funny conversations. The beach was really great and clean, comfortable beds. The food is great, breakfast, lunch and dinner, the buffet was always changing and specials of the day every dinner. The cooks are doing an amazing job, as well as the waiters and the whole staff in general. The facillities are aslo very clean, and taking care of.

The facilities were fantastic, and the activities were a lot of fun. The resort management and staff were exceptionally fair and helpful. For example, when we encountered adverse weather during our jetski ride, they quickly sent a speedboat to rescue us from the ocean and didn’t charge us for the jetski. From day one to checkout, their friendliness and professionalism were evident. Thank you!
