Not only did he solve the issue quickly, but he also helped me plan everything throughout my stay—even tasks that weren’t part of his responsibilities. From arranging special experiences to ensuring I had everything I needed at all times, his dedication was truly remarkable. Muby’s hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made my entire stay an absolute pleasure. He genuinely cared about making my trip perfect, and thanks to him, every moment was smooth, stress-free, and filled with joy. Tip for future travelers: If you want a full sea view, make sure to book a Sunset or Sunrise Villa for the best experience. Speaking German, English, Spanish and Hindi at the reception, staff are always on hand to help. We had such an amazing time at this resort — everything from the warm welcome to the little details made our stay truly special. A very big compliment to Chef Giuseppe: not only was the food consistently delicious and beautifully presented, but he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His friendliness and genuine passion for what he does really came through in every meal — it was a highlight of our trip. We would also like to thank Richard and the F&B Manager for always being so kind, attentive, and professional. They were constantly smiling, checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and creating such a positive atmosphere in the restaurants. It really made a difference and elevated our experience. The combination of stunning surroundings, great food, and truly wonderful people made this stay unforgettable. We left with such good memories and can’t wait to return!

Unlimited cold drinking water is available for guests at the lobby. Hotel offers a variety of excursions with competitive pricing and also snorkeling equipment for rent. We spent here 9 days total and it was a great experience!

Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and celebrated. We loved the thoughtful sweet surprises in our villa. Dining at Ithaa, the underwater restaurant was once in a lifetime experience—surrounded by sharks and vibrant marine life was absolutely surreal. The ambiance, the service, the cuisine was all unforgettable. It is a perfect place for any celebration. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and so grateful for the memories.
