The spacious villa features 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Perfect. 5 star house, facilities, view, breakfast, location, and hosts. Owners Duško and Sonja were extremely welcoming hosts to our families (6 adults, 2 kids), and to great care to make sure we were comfortable, enjoyed our vacation, and were well fed with delicious breakfasts. The house was renovated to perfection with wonderful air conditioning to rest from the 40 degree summer heat, and the views of the bay, sunsets, and stars from the balcony and pool were magnificent. I especially enjoyed booking a boat trip for the 8 of us with Duško, for a private tour around the Bay. My Lithuanian in-laws, who usually don’t critique anything as better than “fine”, said they felt like millionaires, looking out from their room and private balcony.

The layout of the place surprised us, we imagined it different after seeing the photos but it worked very well for us. The two main rooms are spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area makes it easy to relax. The view from balcony is beautiful. The host reacts very quickly if there is any need. I would happily come back

Very lovely and charming place to stay! A bit remotely located, but you get peaceful and quiet surroundings to enjoy in return. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Nice and well maintained pool. Good breakfast. Nice diner.

We stayed in the appartment on the top floor. The balkony has an exceptional view (with two very comfortable sunbeds)! The whole appartment was very clean. The bed is very comfortable and wide (180cm). Spacious appartment, high ceilings, clean bathroom, great wi-fi. The staff was great and helpful. Also, there’s a parking space.

Outstanding penthouse apartment with the best veiws of kotor bay, amzing sunsets, I sat for hours admiring this veiw watching the cruise ships sail in and out the bay... So very quiet and relaxing.. Magical.....

Quiet private location in a small fishing village on Kotor bay. The house was very clean and spacious. The swimming pool was heated which was amazing as we didn’t have the best weather. The house is very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Spacious apartment that have all necessary for comfortably stay. Fully equipped kitchen, nice collection of books, comfortable bed and more than enough towels. Very cozy terrace. Easy to find. We surely recommend this apartment and the host, she is a very nice person!

Perfect location, quite place. Amazing Sea and Mountains view. Very friendly owners. 2 full bathrooms. Enough space for 3 couples. 1st floor was recently renovated. Pet friendly house! But note that area is not fenced.
