First of all, because it was our anniversary, they upgraded us and gave bigger room. The room is so comfortable and well-designed. Second of all, staff was very helpful and friendly. They always try to solve your problem or find a solution. Saša and Milorad were at the restaurant and they were always smiling and trying to make us happy. Dragana and Nikolina were at the reception, so whenever we see and need them, they smile, help and chat with us kindly. In other words, we left the hotel happily. Thank you for your kindness and making our holiday perfect!
