Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the courtyard with the pool is just stunning. Breakfast was delicious every morning (fresh juice, fruit, pastries, everything you could wish for!), and dinner was just as amazing. The staff are the kindest people — always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back. Situated within 4.5 km of Royal Palace Fes and 600 metres of Karaouiyne, Riad Dar Timrad features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fès. The riad provides a spa experience, with its hot tub, spa facilities and wellness packages. The riad has a rooftop pool with a pool bar, as well as a sauna and a 24-hour front desk. We had a fantastic time at Riad Dar Timrad. After a long road trip through the desert, we received an incredibly warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone at the riad was genuinely kind and made us feel right at home. We were immediately taken by the beautiful interior; stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the low price, especially considering the high-end facilities, which I haven’t seen in any other riad before: a jacuzzi, a modern private hammam, and a small pool. The owner was very helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and honest, trustworthy sellers of rugs and pottery. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend this riad to everyone, and I’d love to return next time I’m in Fes.

Providing private parking, the riad is 1.4 km from Batha Square. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Stunning! Staff were beyond helpful!! My daughter had a terrible sore throat and they brought hot honey lemon to our room. Had a fabulous stay and the location can’t be beat!! Roof top bar and restaurant also fab!!

All units in the riad are fitted with a kettle. Featuring a private bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer, some units at the riad also boast a terrace. At the riad, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. This place is exceptional in every way. The staff, the food but especially the place itself. The pictures don't do it justice. Our room was enormous, it felt like an oasis in the busy medina.

Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. Karaouiyne Mosque is a 20-minute walk away. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great place!!

There is also a swimming pool, a hammam with flowers essences, a sauna, a hot tub, a fitness room and a massage room. You might also want to indulge in healthy cuisine including freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and herbal teas. Everything was lovely, starting from staff members to food, spa facilities etc. Lovely hotel. I hope to come back some day. Cannot comment on the location because we only spent the night here before leaving early morning for a Sahara trip, and we previously stayed closer to the old town in Fes. Potentially it could be a little out of the way for attractions, but taxi is cheap. Quality Moroccan cuisine is served in your choice of two restaurants or the lounge. Breakfast is served in the courtyard. Very nice Riad and very helpful staff. we have enjoyed our stay in this Riad. very clean and in good and safe location.

Savour regional specialities in the hotel’s restaurant, Al Fassia. Eat in the authentic lounge or on the patio. This place is just beatiful, the room is clean and the breakfast was so good And the riad is close to the oldcity of fes Fatima alzahra was so kind to us and very lovely.

The spacious apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a stovetop and kitchenware. The parquet floors, fireplace and peaceful vibe add to the ambience of the room. The accommodation is non-smoking. Great apartment.. spacious and has 2 balconies one of them overlooks the pool.. all the facilities are available inside the apartment.. I did not meet the host but the check in was easy according to the instructions he provided us.. they allocated a parking space for us under the building and close to the elevator which made it easy to transport the suitcases.. my family loved this apartment.. located within a group of modern buildings.. I thank the host and his wife for their phone communication.. I totally recommend this apartment.
